The team at any point of time is small (not more than 3 people at a time) and very focused. As and when required, I work with specialized freelancers. The analog approach works well for me. Of course we are not old school and we do use technology/software appropriately. But everything begins with drawing. Unfortunately a lot of design I see these days lack personality and originality’.
